Regency Romantics & Renegades is a source for reading and learning about the history of the long Regency.  It is inspired by artists and authors of the era, most especially Jane Austen.  The articles explore the historical context that influenced the writings and artworks of Romanticism and the latter Georgian period as a whole.
This site is dedicated to sharing my interest and what I learn with others who are curious about the this era of history.  Using my background in archaeology, history, and education, I have tried to present the material as accurately as possible in a fun and accessible way.  Thanks for visiting!
